1996 toyota 4 runner
I just replaced my radiator and I don't see any wet
spots but I'm seeing steam and boiling antifreeze
come back into the overflow, and my truck is
running hot.Can someone please help me?
Did you purge the cooling system after refilling it? The cooling system would need to be purged from air pockets. This video shows how to do that... www.youtube.com/watch?v=xeTgmdRkQtY
im sure you replace the thermostate right.. also check to see if one of the rad.hoses are colasping...sucking closed...as said above get all the air out( theres a little trick, dill 2 or 3 small holes into the thermostate) as shown.and your fans are working right?
You have to get all the air out of the cooling system- or, maybe the problem wasn't the radiator anyway-
