y mi 4 runner will only do 20 mph?

Truck is bend sitting for about 4 y. y did a long block on it wen i road text it will
only do 20 mph. that is when i gave it some gas it hesitates like is not gating
it.wander what is going on?,please help

The fuel system is probably all gummed up. If you can, drain the old fuel. If not fill it up with good gas and add Seafoam or Techron fuel cleaner and drive it. Hopefully it will clear up after some miles are on it. I would also change the fuel filter.
