i have a 1994 toyota 4runner v6 4wd suv 5spd manual and it has 200,000 mile and has no powr it has been hard to get up hills in low gears lately what do u think the problem is???

When was the last time you did a tune-up on your 4-Runner (includes spark plugs, wires, air filter, timing belt)? Are the tires properly inflated to the recommended pressure showing on the inside door panel of your truck? Is the engine mechanically sound and not burning any oil?

YOU MAY USE HIGHER OCTANE GAS, IT WILL TAKE CARE OF YOUR PROBLEMS.
