Led brake light inop when lights on

Led brake light inop when lights on, but work when lights are on. 3rd
brake light works at all times.

do you have trailering wires? I would check for broken or corroded wires if you do

All new checked today. Do I need a Resister, if so where do I wire it in?

Yes you need a converter,if you have trailer wiring and no converter that's your issue.
