have power to coil and igniter, can't get power to distributor, help.

I have a 92 v6 toyota 4 runner, we have changed spark and coil wires, the coil, igniter, distributor cap and rotor, and the spark plugs.  Every once in a while it will start (maybe 1 in 30 times) and when it does it sounds good and you can drive it, but if you shut it off you can't restart it.  HELP!

igniter isnt insink with your computer. must have matching igniter!
