What's going on?

Question type: General

Drive my Toyota Prius to dealership to get
hybrid battery check. Which I know it
wasn't working right. But everything else
work just fine. I call they say I needed a
new hybrid battery and a Hybird battery
ECU. And now my car will not start at all.
Wow. So next day they call and say I need
a computer under passenger dash side.  
What has went on with this?
