Question type: Car Customization

Hi, i have a problem with my suzuki sidekick that iv
had for a year atleast now amd for some reason it
has been more unsteady and sliding a bit more
that usual, i put tire with about 40% threat 4
months ago and im thinking part of the problem is
my non all season tires, but i feel like its sliding
more now than ever so much thati flipped on the
freeway entrance on a little curb and we flipped
over after tail wipping the rear end, so i guess my
main question is does my suzuki have a traction
control button? I cant find any info to answer my
own question,  thanks in advance. Its a 4 speed
automatic

If you put a mismatched tire on a 4WD your throwing the rolling distance traveled for each tire way off, on a 4WD all the tires must match or as you have experanced control problem as well as mechanical problems will occur. I don't think this early model had the full electronic traction control, it could have had limited slip rear differential, and if that was where the mismatched tire was placed that just amplified the problem. If you had full coverage insurance it gonna be a total as far as they are concerned. If it's not insured for full coverage and your going to fix it yourself don't attempt to start it as engine damage could occur, oil will get into the cylinders and cause hydro lock if attempted to start, so once it upright and you have removed all the spark plugs disable the spark and crank the engine over to blow out all the oil that has gotten into the cylinders, clean it up put in spark plugs new oil and filter, check all the gear boxes and differential oils, then attempt a start up, it will still blow blue smoke for a while until it gets it all burned out so don't imediately start to drive it, let it clear up and warm up first, you may also have some other damage so be careful as you may have alignment issues.
