I know, old question. Just want to add some info to others who might find this post by search. If you unplug the rear switch, you can't operate the window with the master control switch. In this case, it could be the motor or the switch. In Denmark it is illegal to have rear windows that can be opened in a 2 seat van, and that's how you turn them off, remove the switch and put a cover on.

I recently had the rear power windows broken out of my car ( hazards of working in Philly) I ordered the window and am ready to install. I removed the panel to the door. I cannot get the motor to move to install the new glass...any suggestions?
