What is wrong with a 06 Chevy trailblazer when you  
turn the windshield  wipers on and windshield fluid  
cum out with pressing for it

You using the correct switches? It has 2 switches to activate the front wipers. One paddle switch that when turned, activates the washer fluid. The other turn switch, toward the end of the multifunction switch, activates wipers only no fluid. If you're saying you activated that one and still have fluid, you may have a problem with the multifunction switch.
