The best way to fix it is to replace it with a new bearing. There are bearing pullers. Make sure the axle is not scared. There are a ton of "how to" u-tube videos that will walk you through it. In the very old days, the wheel bearing were fixed by rebuilding them until they came out with sealed bearings. Trail blazers and other sport trucks, this is a common failure and easy fix. Dirty hands and at least three beers and one wrench toss will do it.
