Engine replacement

The 8th digit on my VIN is 1 on my 2006 Impala.  
I've found a replacement engine for my vehicle but
the 8th digit on that vehicle is K. Will this
replacement mount with my transmission with no
problem?

Yes it will go right in there and bolt up.
