Where is the fuse for a Chevy impala

My 2006 Impala LT has a panel down on the right side of the front passenger foot well. There is also a fuse box under the hood on the left side as you face the motor. It is located essentially against the right (facing from inside the car) fender. It is marked as Fuse... The owner's manual show a diagram of the fuse positions and what they control.
