Test battery and alternator, and check your battery terminal & terminal wires for corrosion and replace them if corroded. May or may not need a battery but at it age I would think it has had 2 total or even 3 batteries by now, so if you have only had 2 counting the original battery I would replace it. make sure ground to frame from battery & engine block are good/clean & tight.

Shortly after this my car shut completely down. Found my battery was not mounted properly after collision center did repairs to bumper and there was a hole in the battery. I believe my alternator is out. I can travel on a full charges battery But then car shuts down once battery is depleted

Did you replaced the battery yet? Check your main fuses for the alternator in the under hood fuse box and there may be one in-line fuse too.

Yes replaced the battery. On the fuse box under hood it does not mention charging system fuse. What would it be called. So i can check the rest of fuses

Need to look at them all, and yes it could be near the battery or anywhere in between the battery and the alternator or from alternator to fuse box. The fuse may say ALT or AMP on the back of cover, Some are the large or small see threw fuses, the others you can not see threw are relays.
