Had to charge a dead battery, now the transmission is acting up

Asked by Mobigtime Feb 23, 2015 at 10:25 AM about the 2006 Chevrolet HHR LS FWD

Now that I can get into the car and it is running, the transmission is acting like it is a
manual not auto trans.....what is this? is it a fuse and if so, where is it and what is it
called?
