Subaru Outback front end problem

Hi, my 2001 Subaru Outback is having a
serious wobble with the steering wheel .. we
just replaced in the last month: tie rods ,
rotors and brakes .. anyone has a thought as
to what it could be ? Thank you so much

The only thing left is the tires and I would have checked them first. Out of balance, road damage, bent wheels/rims.
