how do i remove the rear headrests on my 2000 outback wagon?

The manual says there's a button to press, but it doesn't seem to exist.
Please help!

I would ask someone else to look at them. Maybe they will see the button.

The button DOES exist, but it is located on the BACK of the rear seat, about a quarter of the way down. Just push the button and you can pull the headrest straight up, and off. I had to remove the center headrest to get better vision from my rear view mirror, and just removed another rear headrest so I could properly install a child booster car seat. The Subaru manual does not explain it very well.....it took me a few frustrating days to figure it out :/
