2000 Subaru outback won't turn over

Asked by Keepjeepn Jul 19, 2019 at 04:17 PM about the 2000 Subaru Outback Limited Wagon

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2000 Subaru outback won't turn over and it's
not getting fule or no spark. The battery has full
charge, changed the computer. I've noticed the
security light is blinking. Tried the 3 turns and still
won't turn over. Any ideas what could cause this. A
bit of history I was driving and it seemed to want to
"stall" out and heard a crackling noise in the dash.
Parked the car and later went to drive it and did the
same thing. Parked it again and now it won't turn
over.

This happened to me yesterday...did you ever figure it out? I'm going to start with the fuel filter.
