START OR TURN OVER... IF STARTING ..IS THE FUEL FILTER GOOD/ NEW......ADD SOME (zmax) TO THE GAS...

Bad crank or cam sensor? Swap in cheap new ones to test. Usually will NOT throw a CEL when intermittent or failed, so there's no other way to check.
