I wonder how dismantle and replace windshields wiper  sure I will go to Pep shop or other place pick up proper details and will go ahead to replace same.

All you need is the length. Measure both wipers, sometimes they are different. There are installation instructions on the new wiper package. Sometimes, the PepBoys store employees will install them for you.
