Check your Icp valve (igition control) to check timing, check the conductivity on your ICM (ignition control module) and lastly, you may just need a new cap and rotor for your distributor, common problems with bogging. Other than that you might have bad injectors letting too much gas in, a bad air filter, ect.... try it all out and contact me if you need further help

Check your vacuum lines near your intake. Usually with bogging in gears would be a bad front o2 sensor.

well that could be the only things bogging it down unless you have a clog or bad fuel pressure because of a worn out fuel pump. other than that im stumped

What brand of spark plugs are you using ? NGK or Denso are both acceptable.Traditional US brands such as Champion, AC Delco or even BOSCH (German) brands are questionable.
