Half crank and stops!

I changed the timing belt and it ran
great for 30 minutes. I was doing
about 40 mph and i heard it start
ticking the bogged and a loud clanking
sound then died. Tried to start it and
only half a crank. Took apart the timing
cover and crank wont move much and
left side cam pulleys are not moving
freely like before. Are my valves bent
and what do I do to replace them if so.

Loud clanking is not good. Did the belt come off or break? As old as your car is it probably would be better to install a used engine or just scrap it.
Belt did not come off but looked like it skipped but couldnt check because it wont crank...i love the car. I have tools to tear it apart just need more info first. Knowledge!
If the belt skipped some teeth then it is likely that you bent valves and maybe even damaged pistons. A seized engine is not a good sign. Time for a new engine or car.
Yikes sounds like a snapped rod- if so, then yes, you likely have bent valves. If the timing belt jumped, bent valves are definitely likely.
You should pull the motor especially since the heads are facing the fenders
Yes pull the engine. Even changing out head gaskets requires pulling the engine if you want to do it right.
