Should I replace timing belt and water pump again?

My 1998 Subaru with 94,000 miles needs a head gasket.  I had the belt and pump replaced about ten - twelve years ago.  You can see by my mileage I don't drive much.  Should I have those replaced again now?

Yeah, unfortunately time can be just as wearing as miles on cars, parts like that will start to dry rot and get just as fragile add they would with wear from use. I second the recommendation to do the work now if you're keeping the car.
