Why when my 1998 subaru legacy stays idle it does not over heat

So my car over heats after ten minutes of driving, the top hose has no pressure why is
that

top hose no pressure,, rad. cap not sealing, overheat when driving can be low coolant and air in system going around, bad cap letting air in
