Could be an out of balance tire (a counterweight on the rim could have broken off), or you have a steering or suspension component failing (you have several bushings that can wear). Take it to an alignment shop, have them check the tires, if they pass, they can go over the rest of the car. If you're on a budget, find a gas station that still services tires, and just have them spin balance them.
