Car overheating

Asked by Sep 11, 2019 at 02:02 PM about the 1996 Subaru Legacy 4 Dr LS AWD Wagon

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have replaced the water pump timing belt and
thermostat car still overheats top hose is hot bottom hose
and cap are cold I took the thermostat out and put some
radiator flush in and drove around for a few hours per
instructions and there was no overheating drained the
radiator flushed out replaced thermostat filled with fluid
and drove not even a mile and it overheats not spikes but
temp registered close to the overheat mark
