Twothousand six Chevy cobalt LS won’t start
Batteries good and bought all brand new ignition
switch coil and capacitor starters good but still no
spark it cranks just won’t start

Try the Starter Relay. It's an $11 part, (like a fuse) My 2005 Cobalt had a problem, mainly in the winter. We replaced so much before we found that solution on here. Apparently there is a problem with them corroding
