It sounds like it is an electronic problem. Have the car's computer re-programed. What was changed may of set off a protective device or gives it incorrect feedback or readings. Make sure you have fuel flowing to the injectors, and is your fuel flow uninterrupted. Is the timing set correctly for the plugs to fire? Make sure all the fuel lines are connected and correctly. Lose ground wire? Did the filters get changed also? When you start it up, will the motor rev up or do you just let it idle?

it was the wiper switch in the steering column and the indicator lever that were replaced. car runs and accelerates when completely cooled, but only runs for 30 seconds or so. then will not restart. replaced the fuel pump then the primary and secondary fuel pump relays, but the problem remains the same. After the repairs I was able to run car home about 30 miles without a problem.
