1993 Suburu Impreza Wagon issues w/ wiring or relays or both?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

No turn signals front or back. is this a relay? if so where is it located? Also fan only
comes on when ignition key is at first turn and fan surges as a blinker would (on off on off
intervals)

could be relays but kinda sounds like you have some wires shorted out between the blinker system and fan wiring.
