2004 forester warms up starts hard throws crank and cam sensor codes

changed crank and cam sensor also Subaru factory temp sensor new plugs and coil pack new spark plug wires. Checked timing belt and timing marks. Pulled exhaust down checked valve seats and cat.

So it starts fine and then runs hard OR starts hard / rough idle / starts to run better / not really either? Are there any frays in your sensor wiring that might cause misreading the signal? Dirty connectors?
