My studded snow tires are a few years old and have only been used for a few months during winter. My car only has 24k miles on it.

Not sure what your question is, but you will likely need to get a new studded tire if they cannot repair the existing one, or replace both rear tires with all-weather radials.

we always would use an innertube....back in Wisconsin....possibly you should see if they are still available from your tire buddy~

If they can't repair it they you will need to replace 2 tires minimum because of the AWD otherwise you risk dammaging your differential, that's the long and short of it.
