1994lt1 clutch replacement issues

Asked by Jul 11, 2017 at 07:14 PM about the 1994 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I recently purchased a 1994 LT1 Corvette
soon after the clutch completely went out
so I took it to the shop and purchased a
three-stage aftermarket racing clutch they
installed it but upon return of my car the
clutch was chattering pretty bad in first and
in reverse they told me to just break it in and
it would be fine we'll after about 600 miles
the chattering stopped but it is now acting
as if it is it completly  failing again nd its
grinding even in nuetral and has become
very hard to move the shifter into gears its
idle is off as well and it is just about
undriveable  I'm going to take it back to the
shop if I can make it there without breaking
down but what should I tell them .im sure it
has to be thier fault they did not replace the
flywheel could that be the problem or
maybe they did not bleed the system
correctly what do you suppose could be the
reason for this clutch failing so quickly and
what are my options for getting this done
