Need a programmer or software for 06 grand prix 3.8l

I have a 2006 pontiac grand prix GT supercharged 3.8l v6. I am planning many upgrades. And I have been looking for a very long time for a programmer. I have tried literally every manufacturer with no success. The upgrades planned would be virtually worthless without being able to modify the programming and change speed and rev limiters among others. Does anyone know or a programmer out there. Or even any equipment or software that would be helpful in developing my own programmer?

FAST management systems. Make your own fuel/spark maps. I hope you know how to read/modify values.
