2006 Grand Prix

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Car remote just randomly stopped working so I
changed the battery and still no success. Tried
opening door with key it just turns and won't
unlock. What could the issue be?

The electronic receiver on the body of the car - can't remember what its called - may be at fault. Check that out.
