how to you lower the convertible top

WE have just bought our 1994 convertible and can't seem to get the top lowered,  we don't have an orginal owners manual which we are trying to locate, need instructions on lowering the top,  we released the latches, but the top seems to stop midway in the foldback,

If the top is stopping you likely have a problem with the switch or relay. Krez, a user on this board, is very knowledgeable about Vettes, you might email him for more help.

thanks for responding, do you know anyone with a C4, that might assist, this vette is in excellent shape, i don't think its the top, I think it may be the new owner, RAdams
