Do a compression test to see if it's a failed head gasket. Check your oil. If it's a creamy color instead of near black you've got coolant leaking into your engine.

My oil is still black an antifreeze is still green.what about a bad injector if it is stuck open could that dump to much gas an make it run like that

Lots of things are possible. Have it scanned for trouble codes. Even though its an older car there are some codes available to guide you. White smoke is not indicative of a rich running engine, but its definitely indicative of a problem of some sort. Check for a plugged catalytic converter too. That can cause serious problems and is common on older cars. Have it removed or replaced if it is not flowing freely. Any good muffler shop can help you out there.
