2005 Grand Prix, headlights and wipers dont work

i have replaced the wiper motor and linkage.  Since that was replaced, the headlights don't work.  However, the interior lights work as well as the high beams and fog lights.  Please help!

It's not the bulbs. Possible causes are bad headlight relay, fuse, module, headlight switch, dimmer switch or wiring. You need to track down the problem.
