Is the motor turning over, did you have the old battery load tested?

Check the Battery terminal wires for shorts or corrosion and if tight at block/frame grounds and starter connections good and tight no frayed/burned wires, check the grounds from engine block to frame. Try a set of jumper cables and another car to see if it tries to turn over or start. Check fuse block under the dash and hood for blown fuses. May just need a starter motor.
