My 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix is running and i cant get it to cut off

My car is running and i can't cut it off. I pulled thw
battery cable and its still running so i put cable
back on got the cut off partially the lights and ac
was still on then i pulled thw battery cable to get
the lights and stuff to cut off. But i do i cut the car
off without doing all of this

never pull the cable on a running car , now there's no telling what you may have done , the problem sounds like a security system issue , cause there's such a huge black market for the 02 pontiac
