2004 Grand Prix don't want to strat

Hey guys! My 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix does not
want to start. I had went out of town for 3 weeks  
and when I can back home an tryed to start it and it   
on only made one click an that's it. my battery is
good I had it checked out, my started was checked
also an it was good, my autonatior  is good and my
motor is not lock. Can you guys please tell me
what the problem is thank you guys

Yes I did and change the started and checked to see if the motor was lock but its not
