Key is not turning my car off

My 04 grand prix gt will not turn off by the key it
just started this a few hours ago and I don't know
what to check to find the problem

Most likely it's a damaged ignition switch/cylinder. could be an electrical short. To stop the engine, just pull the ignition fuse under the hood.
