My fans want come on whenever I start my car so I
had new ones put in an the fans still don't kick on
even when I put that ac on nothing happens what
could it be I have a 2003 Pontiac grand prix

yes it only over heats when i am at a stop when i am rolling the temp goes back down again

i dont know where my fan relay is i already check all the fuses all of them are good

Also see if you have a fusable link between the battery and the cooling fans. It acts just like a fuse and is meant to interrupt the circuit if the fans experience an excessively high current draw (like one of the fans you swapped out had an internal short).
