I lost my car key yesterday to my 2003 Pontiac
Grand Prix SE. I'm beyond upset. How can I replace
it? I'm going thru breast cancer treatment and have
no income right now and cannot handle the heat
outside in Vegas right now.

You can go to a GM Dealer with your registration. They should be able to cut new keys using your VIN to look up the key codes.
