2003 grand prix accessories not working.

My 2003 grand prix needs a new battery, so I went
to jump start it and now no accessories are
working. I can get the car to start and run but no
power windows, locks, heater/a.c. controls, radio,
interior lights, headlights, taillights/brake lights,
blinkers, sunroof, keyless entry or door chime
seem to work now. What is wrong? The fuses
looked good to me.
