Runs hot while idling or stopped at redlights

We have put in a new thermostat and bleed out all
air.i can be stopped at a red light or just in park
waiting for some one in store with a/c on.and it
goes to run hot.im lost we can't figure out what's
causing it.also put a new hose on it as well.

are the fans running when it gets hot ? don't drive it like that you'll ruin it ,

what does the exhaust look like ,? look on the bottom of the oil fill cap and tell me what you see

Come to find out my radiator cooling fans aren't working properly.
