There is a wineding noise by the bottom of the motor by the pulleys. It also smokes when the motor is hot and been runnng for a while. I have changed the water pump, power steering pump, ac compressor

smoke? from where? pull the serpentine belt off again, and spin all the pulleys by hand and see if they all spin freely and or make noise.

smokes by the big pulley at the bottom passenger side of the motor. Checked all other pulleys, no noise.
