FWD Tranny Might Be Blown

Asked by GTPrix Apr 01, 2017 at 02:18 PM about the 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP Coupe

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My car will not move in drive or reverse, the transmissios has a loud clunking
noise. It has only 124000km on it & all the tranny fluid leaked out immediately
after this happened. I was accelerating from a stop on a steep hill and as it
went to shift to second, it lost power and redlined. You can feel it shift between
the gears but there is no power anywhere. any ideas?
