Idle issues etc

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
Ok I have a 2001 Grand Prix 3.1 and I’m having a
problem when I crank it when it’s cold it has a rough
idle lobbing sound but after it warms up it for the
most part smooths out!! Now that being said after I
say, drive it 15 miles cut it off go in the store for a
few and get back in the car it has the hardest time
to crank on it’s on, in fact i often have to open the
throttle to get her to crank after she’s warm!!! I did
put a new coolant temp sensor on it thinking it was
it causing it to burn to rich maybe but no change!!!
So before I go and spend countless dollars on parts
I don’t need, can I please get a logical answer.
Thank you!

leaking injectors or even a few will sit there and drip fuel and flood the engine , holding the throttle wide open will shut the injectors off for this reason during cranking the excess gas will often dilute the oil and thin it out , if mile per gallon is very poor it is running rich for some reason , clean plugs make a difference

you need to see if the injectors are firing normally and if the fuel pressure is correct , what do the plugs like like ?

Plugs and wires are new? I was thinking if it could possibly be the icm board under the coil packs
When was it last tune-up ?? Plugs & Wires don't last forever , Pull the codes , I'll bet they will be showing misfires on multiple cylinders

Tuned it up a year ago!!! Also there is no check engine light on so will it still pull codes
