Car won't start

I have a 2001 Grand Prix 3.100 a  couple days ago I
went to start the car the car cut straight off. I
changed the fuel pump the  fuel filter and The fuel  
regulator its getting a  crank. And every time I spray
starter fluid it starts and cut off to anybody know
what's the problem?
