Transmission problems

My Pontiac gtp supercharged won't go past 45 when I had it from a stop light it stop at 5rpm and I have to let it go and gas it agian so it can accelerate I just switched the transmission fluid thinking it was that but it keeps doing it, it also dose that when I'm on the free way and I floor it
