Shimmy

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2001 Grand Prix has a constant shimmy no
matter what speed I am driving. I'm thinking a tire
is seperating but I'd like to know some other things
it could be as well since my tires are fairly new.

Does shake when you take your foot off gas when coasting. If it doesn't and only when foot is on gas. It's your cv axles.

    Shimmy starts at about 5 to 10 mph and continues up to highway speed. Replaced all wheels/tires with spare, one at a time, with no change. Replaced both cv jounts with no change. Any ideas?
